In 2012, Greg Malouf was invited to head up the iconic Petersham Nurseries Café in Richmond, South London. Under his leadership the restaurant earned a Michelin Star for the second year running and received high praise from the British press, building on Petersham’s – and Greg’s own – strong reputation.
