“It is with regret that I announce my departure from Clé Dubai due to the expiration of my two-year contract. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the kitchen crew, service personnel, managers and owners for their constant support in raising awareness about Middle Eastern food. I would also like to thank the customers, suppliers, friends and family for the wonderful support. I will remain in Dubai researching book number 8 due out late 2017 and continue to lift the profile of contemporary Arabic food,†says Malouf.
Malouf is collaborating once again with former wife, Lucy, to write their eighth book, which he describes as an exploration of the food culture of Beirut.
